Our Story

The I2We App didn't appear overnight — it's the outcome of 20+ years of real work by Dr. Roy Pinder and his team across the court, the classroom, lab, boardroom, and the community around the world.

For more than two decades, Gym Time Hoops has served as a living lab: thousands of practices, tournaments, film sessions, team meetings, parent conversations, and leadership moments that revealed a simple truth—the best teams aren't just talented... they're connected. Dr. Pinder's coaching journey showed that the difference between potential and progress often comes down to behaviors: communication, effort, trust, accountability, and decision-making under pressure.

As that pattern repeated year after year, the work expanded beyond sports into research, education, and business practice—testing what truly builds teams, what sustains performance, and what helps young people develop into confident leaders. That long-term process produced the Synergy Model (Thinking → Knowledge → Understanding → Wisdom → Synergy), a framework that explains how individuals grow into a "We Culture" and how groups evolve into high-functioning teams.

The I2We App is the next evolution of that legacy: a platform built to measure what coaches always see but rarely can track—the behaviors that create winning culture. It turns the Synergy Model into a usable system for athletes, coaches, and parents: scoring, tagging, feedback, heat maps, and progress tracking that make development visible and consistent over time.
